We can discuss a clearly defined assignment alongside your existing finance team or accountant. Responsibilities and information-sharing arrangements are agreed at the outset, subject to any independence requirements.
Tell us which records are available and where the gaps are. We can assess the work required and discuss an appropriate sequence for addressing missing information, reconciliations and reporting.
A brief description of the business, the support required and any deadline is enough to start. We will identify the records needed for the proposed assignment after understanding the requirement.
The proposed work, responsibilities, deliverables, expected timing and fees are set out before an engagement starts. The scope depends on the complexity of the work and the condition and availability of records.
Yes. We can discuss a specific reporting, tax or advisory assignment as well as recurring support. Engagement acceptance is subject to capacity, scope and professional requirements.
A partner will clarify the requirement and discuss whether AAP can assist. Where appropriate, we will request initial information and prepare a proposal. An enquiry does not commit you to an engagement.
Our principal areas include land and buildings, leasehold and investment property, resort and development appraisals, selected infrastructure and equipment, business valuation and financial modelling, and reviews of existing valuation reports. The scope of specialist or complex assignments is assessed before acceptance.
Any proposed valuation is assessed against applicable independence, self-review and conflict-of-interest requirements. Some assignments may be restricted or prohibited where AAP is the auditor. We confirm whether an engagement is permissible before accepting it.
Tell us about your priorities. We’ll help you identify the right support.
